Travel Day: We got up early in the morning, went to the airport and flew to Piura. Colán is a 2 hours drive by car away from Piura. The next days we would be just hanging out at the Playa Colan Lodge which is a recommendation by Lonely Planet (… Piuradize….). Once arrived, we jumped into the pool to refresh. Later on we went along the beach, where Felix was fascinated by little crabs that would quickly retreat to holes in the sand if we came too close.
