On 2014-08-24, I flew in a C152 from Hahnweide (EDST) to Schwabach-Büchenbach(EDPH). Interestingly enough, EDPH is actually next to Gauchsbach, and not to Büchenbach.

- Heubach (EDTH)
- following A7 until VOR Dinkelsbühl (a radio beacon)
- turned east at VOR Dinkelsbühl
- found the railway station of Triesdorf as navigation landmark
- Schwabach-Büchenbach (EDPH)
Visibility was good, and en route, it was a bit windy. The runway in EDPH is not too long, and during landing, the wind had dwindled down. It worked out just perfectly — to land I needed less than half of the runway. On the way back, I saw distant rain.
